About the event
This program is designed to provide students with basic knowledge and skills in the field of culinary arts that is not only focused on skills through hands-on methods but also includes theoretical training. This includes learning subjects related to sanitation in food preparation services, the basics of Malaysian and international cuisine, food cost control and many more. In addition, this program also ensures that students are ready to be in the culinary industry or those closely related to operations hospitality.
